Insure that Valve handle is in “Closed” position before attaching BDU to Nozzle Head -
Slide unit on to Nozzle Head, align clamps with toggle latch and fasten securely -
Attach coupling to Fuel Bowser -
Connect “ground wire” from Fuel Bowser to Boom Drain Unit -
Drain Unit Rotate “Open/Closed” handle counter clockwise to open check valve -
Before detaching BDU from Nozzle Head, ensure that “Open/Closed” handle is in the “Closed” position | | | FUEL BOWSER ALTERATIONS |  | -
Using 2.5” (supplied) Hole Saw, drill 2.5” hole on top of Drainage Container lid -
Insert Elbow Assembly into 2.5” hole -
Slide Nylon spacer over protruding half of threaded nipple and securely tighten with SS coupling (All parts supplied) | | |
